Sender & Receiver Arrangements
- GoingTo is a platform that connects senders with travelers heading to a destination. Any arrangement to send, carry, or receive an item is made directly and solely between the sender and the traveler/receiver, based on their own mutual trust.
- GoingTo is not a party to that arrangement, does not inspect, verify, insure, or take custody of any item, and does not guarantee that any item will be carried, will arrive, or will arrive undamaged or on time.
- You are solely responsible for deciding whether to trust another user, for what you choose to send or agree to carry, and for confirming its condition, value, and legality before handing it over or accepting it.
No Liability for Goods
- GoingTo accepts no responsibility and gives no guarantee in relation to any goods or items exchanged through the platform, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, delay, confiscation, or non-delivery.
- Users must not send prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or restricted items. GoingTo has no obligation to check package contents and accepts no liability for items that breach customs, airline, or import/export rules.
- Any dispute between a sender and a traveler/receiver (including over lost, damaged, or undelivered items) is a matter strictly between those users. GoingTo is not liable and will not act as an arbiter, insurer, or guarantor in such disputes.
No Payments Through the Platform
- GoingTo does not process, hold, or transfer money between users. No payment for goods, carrying fees, or any other purpose should be made through this site or app.
- Any money exchanged directly between users, by any method, is done entirely at their own risk and outside of GoingTo's knowledge or control. GoingTo accepts no responsibility for any such payment, including fraud, non-payment, or incorrect amounts.
Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, used entirely at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, GoingTo, its owners, and operators disclaim all liability arising from your use of the service or your dealings with other users.
- By using GoingTo, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoingTo, its owners, and operators against any claim, loss, damage, or cost arising from a transaction, arrangement, or dispute between you and another user.
